The terms on which you may use this website. They cover the site only. A Jean deployment is governed by the signed agreement between your company and ours, and that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.
This website is operated by METISJEAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPING SERVICES L.L.C, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, referred to here as we, our or us. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
What this site is, and is not
The pages here describe our product and how we work. They are information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on the site creates a contract. Prices, figures, timings and screens are illustrative unless a source is named beside them, and engagement timings are typical rather than promised. A binding commitment from us exists only in a document signed by both parties.
Not professional advice
Our writing on regulation, including the pages on the EU AI Act and the regulatory map, is general information written for a technical and commercial audience. It is not legal, compliance, tax or investment advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship. How any instrument applies to your company is a question for your own counsel.
Permitted use
- Read, print and share these pages for your own evaluation of our product
- Quote short extracts internally or in commentary, with attribution to MetisJean
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the site, in whole or in substantial part
- Do not use the site or its contents to train a model, or to build a competing offer

The names MetisJean, Jean and Synthia and our marks and logos are ours; nothing here grants a licence to use them. Third-party names and logos shown as connector marks belong to their owners and appear to identify the systems Jean reads, not to imply endorsement or a partnership.

Where we link to another organisation’s site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its terms or its handling of your data.
Liability
The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we may amend these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Where a signed agreement with your company says otherwise for the subject it covers, that agreement governs.
