Scoped per engagement

Your team runs it, or we do

Two ways to operate the same deployment. Switch whenever you like.

  1. A

    We train your staff

Your engineers learn to maintain it, update policies and add workflows, on your own Jean.

You end up withA team that can run Jean without us, and the runbooks to prove it.

  2. B

    We run it for you

We operate and tune it inside your environment, with every change on your ledger.

You end up withThe same asset in your name, with our engineers doing the work.

What finance and procurement ask

You hold a perpetual licence to Jean, the software, and you own what it builds in your environment: the knowledge graph, the fine-tuned weights, the workflows and the audit ledger. We never hold your data, your graph or your models.

The licence and the artefacts built in your environment are structured to be capitalised under IAS 38: identifiable, controlled by you, and expected to generate future economic benefit. Whether and how you capitalise is your auditors' decision, and this is not accounting advice.

Jean keeps running on the version you have, with the Governance Gateway enforcing the policies you already hold. You stop receiving new releases and the policy updates we publish for regional and industry regulation, and you can maintain policies yourself or restart the subscription at any point.

No. Tuning, customisation, agentic workflow configuration, model fine-tuning and consultancy are all available, and all optional. We can train your own team to operate Jean, run it for you, or hand the work to a partner of your choice.

The pilot is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement agreed at the end of discovery, and it is graded against questions you chose before it started. If it fails, you stop, and you still hold the ontology, the weights and the ledger, because they were built in your environment from the first day.

Everything that runs Jean. The licence does not expire, and the graph, weights, workflows and ledger are already in your storage, so there is nothing to hand back. What you lose is our support and future releases, not the asset.

What your security team will ask

Commercial terms, in thirty minutes.

Your deployment, the licence figure and what the optional lines would cost, with the people who built Jean.
